- providing opportunities for the development of a professional active personality, capable of self-education, creative use of the latest knowledge;
- combining the capabilities of technology and people to ensure their effective complementarity, empowerment and effective results;
- cybersecurity, cyber hygiene ensuring and the ability of effective implementation of the e-services for citizens.
