At the Richelieu Public Service Forum, participants will have the opportunity to discuss current issues related to:

  • development of a professional, politically neutral public service whose activities are aimed at protecting the interests of citizens;
  • barrier-free in public service, namely: preparation of public institutions for the return of the military; peculiarities of working with veterans in the public service; adaptation in the team and effective communication; ensuring informational and physical barrier-free in the public service;
  • development of professional services in local self-government bodies;
  • professional training of public servants in the context of ensuring the institutional sustainability of public service (challenges and peculiarities of the functioning of the system of professional training of public servants in the conditions of martial law and the post-war period; professional training of public servants as a condition for ensuring the institutional sustainability of public service; issues of digital transformation of the professional training system of public servants, etc);
  • restoring and ensuring the sustainability of the public service, in particular, in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine;
  • the best innovative programs and tools for professional training of public servants on issues of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men;
  • foreign experience of integrity building and challenges for Ukraine; promoting integrity through responsible leadership; strengthening public trust in public ervice;
  • mentoring in the public service as a method of adaptation of public servants who are appointed to positions for the first time.

The annual Richelieu Public Service Forum is planned in the format of discussions on the above-mentioned issues and a dialogue with a Special Guest.
